SST Components saw the benefits of a Quality Management System early on. Although the basic principles of a QMS would appear to be an obvious way to run a business, employing all of the tools in a systemic manner require a significant level of commitment and investment from the highest levels of management. Understanding that a QMS is much more than just a philosophy, but the best way to become a world class operation, the decision was made in fully incorporate ISO 9001 into our day to day practices.
SST Components proudly boasts ISO 9001 registration through UL, one of the most widely recognized firms in the industry. Our continued commitment to the goals and values defined within ISO 9001 have enabled Solid State Testing to meet and frequently exceed our customer’s expectations.

All personnel are trained in every function they perform. Every operator is recertified on an annual basis to perform their job to the highest level possible. SST Components has a vigorous internal audit system, as well as daily metrics that not only allow us to insure continual improvement, but to prevent unforeseen circumstances. ESD Control Program
SST Components continues to invest significant resources in order to protect our customer’s product from electrostatic damage. Annual training and recertification of all employees ensures a high level of understanding to the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20. All production areas within SST Components are equipped with conductive flooring, fully compliance work stations, carts, dry boxes and ionizers. Our compliance testing schedule meets and frequently exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20. SST Components ESD Control System has been recently approved by Boeing after a comprehensive audit conducted by the Contamination & ESD Control Survivability & Vulnerability Space & Intelligence Systems division. SST Components ongoing commitment to ESD control and prevention is at the forefront of our business model.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Products manufactured by SST Components, Inc. ("Seller"), are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Seller’s “standard products” are warranted to be in compliance with the specifications as defined by the Seller. In the event that any such defect or noncompliance appears within the 1 year period of such warranty, Buyer shall request to repair the Product, or refund to Buyer the purchase price of the product. If Buyer requests repair, the Seller may choose to repair or replace the Product. THIS WARRANTY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, operation outside maximum ratings, incorrect wiring, improper installation, use in violation of, or which has had its marking or brand or any part thereof altered, defaced, or removed, or which has been opened or disassembled.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SELLER'S LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SUPPLY OR USE OF THESE PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LIMITATIONS STATED HEREIN. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INSTALLATION COSTS, REMOVAL COSTS, LOST PRODUCTION, LOST SALES OR LOST PROFITS) ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS. BUYER'S REMEDIES ARE HEREBY LIMITED, AT THE SELLER'S SOLE OPTION, TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT, OR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD HEREUNDER.
Such limitations apply even if Seller has been advised of any such loss, damage or expense.
