Solid State Testing provides independent, unbiased testing of microelectronic devices. We can perform full screening and conformance testing as described in the appropriate MIL-STD-883, 750 and 202 methods, testing per customer drawings or per manufacturer's data sheet

                                 We also offer PROM programming and testing.

Our equipment capabilities allow us to process transistors, diodes, analog/linear ICs including  Data Conversion Static and Dynamic Memories, Microprocessors, Peripherals, ASIC, hybrids and  custom circuits.  We are currently developing our capablilities for RF microwave and LED testing.

Electrical test services include device programming, selection testing, screening and conformance testing.

Environmental test services include stabilization bake, thermal shock   (liquid), temperature cycling (air to air), PIND, solderability, X-Ray, fine & gross leak, constant acceleration, humidity, life test, burn-in screening, moisture resistance, resistance to solvents, internal water  vapor.

An ESD control program is in force to protect all devices against ESD damage, regardless of  ESD classification.
